Challenge

Before partnering with VUPICO, our client faced significant challenges in managing its global master data landscape. The organization operated across multiple regions—APAC, Europe, and North America—each with varying business entities, systems, and data practices. This complexity resulted in inconsistent data standards, duplicated records across platforms, and a lack of a unified source of truth. To address these challenges, our client engaged VUPICO as its specialized Master Data Management (MDM) partner. VUPICO implemented a comprehensive, global MDM support model that provided consistent and high-quality data maintenance across the company’s operations in APAC, Europe, and North America. The solution covered end-to-end master data services, including maintenance, quality assurance, stewardship, and governance. VUPICO deployed a multilingual team of SAP MDM consultants, including regional experts and Thai-speaking resources, to ensure seamless support across 32 business entities. The team operated within a clearly defined SLA framework, offering tiered response times for regular, mass, and urgent data requests—enhancing speed, reliability, and business continuity.
